This notice explains how iHAOS handles personal information connected with this public website and enquiries about demos, careers and other matters. It does not describe the handling of business data inside the Aisle application.
Who is responsible
This website is operated by شركة آي هوس لتقنية المعلومات, the company behind iHAOS, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We are the controller of personal data collected for the purposes described here. Contact us at hello@ihaos.app for privacy questions and requests.
Information we receive
We collect information directly from you when you use the enquiry form or email us: your selected enquiry type, name, email and any message you send. Demo enquiries include your company name. You may also provide an optional phone number or, for careers, an optional CV or professional-profile link. We may review the relevant professional information in a link you supply. Required and optional fields are labelled on the form. Without required information, we cannot accept the form submission or handle the request fully; you can still contact us by email.
Please send only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identification documents or sensitive personal information through this form. Please do not include another person’s personal information unless you are entitled to share it.
Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the Turnstile spam check. These services process technical data such as IP addresses, request times and browser or connection signals to deliver the site and help detect automated abuse. This technical processing is separate from the enquiry details you submit.
How we use information
We use the information for the enquiry type you select:
We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing or keep career enquiries in an indefinite talent pool. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated purposes without a separate lawful basis and any notice or consent required by law.
Turnstile can automatically block suspected spam. We do not make hiring decisions through the form’s automated processing. If the security check prevents you from contacting us, email hello@ihaos.app.

- Careers: review the experience you share and communicate with you about your enquiry or a relevant opportunity.
- Contact: answer your question and manage related correspondence.
- Website operation: deliver the website, investigate faults, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent to handle the demo, careers or general enquiry you choose. The form asks for your agreement to this specific use before submission. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing hello@ihaos.app and asking us to stop processing your enquiry. Withdrawal does not undo lawful processing that occurred before it.
Limited technical processing needed to operate the website and protect it from abuse is based on our legitimate interest in network and information security, subject to the conditions of Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law. We also process the information needed to fulfil legal obligations, including handling privacy-rights requests. We do not require fresh consent merely to exercise those rights.
Who receives information
Our form handler runs on Cloudflare Workers. When you submit an enquiry, it processes the fields you provide and sends them through Microsoft Graph to hello@ihaos.app, our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Cloudflare handles the website and form request; Microsoft handles email transmission and mailbox storage.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse using security signals. It does not receive your form entries through its challenge. Cloudflare also uses Turnstile signals to improve its bot detection, as explained in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Within iHAOS, information is intended for the people responsible for handling your enquiry. Information may also be disclosed where a valid legal obligation requires it. We do not add enquiry details to a public directory or publish career submissions.

Processing locations
Cloudflare and Microsoft operate internationally. Website requests, security signals and enquiry information may be transferred, stored or otherwise processed outside Saudi Arabia, depending on the services and their configuration. This website does not promise that personal data remains exclusively in Saudi Arabia.
International processing is for website delivery, security and email handling. Any such transfer must meet the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom. Contact hello@ihaos.app for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
How long we keep information
We keep identifiable enquiry information only while needed to respond, arrange the requested demo, complete the relevant recruitment discussion, or finish necessary follow-up. We review the need to keep it when the enquiry or recruitment process closes. We then delete or otherwise securely destroy it without undue delay unless a specific legal obligation or ongoing judicial matter requires retention.
Career details are not retained indefinitely for future vacancies. A separate, clearly explained permission would be requested if we wanted to consider you for a future opportunity after your current enquiry ends.
Deletion applies to relevant mailbox records and other copies under our control, including backups as required by law. Where records must be retained by law or for a judicial matter, their use is limited to that purpose and they are destroyed when the requirement ends.
Our Worker does not write form contents to application logs. Hosting, security and email providers may retain technical records under their service arrangements; these are separate from the enquiry message and are subject to applicable retention and deletion obligations.
Your choices and privacy requests
Under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask to be informed about processing, access your personal data, obtain a readable copy, correct or complete it, and request its destruction, subject to the law’s conditions and exceptions. You may also withdraw consent where we rely on it.
Email hello@ihaos.app with your request. We may take proportionate steps to verify your identity. We act on rights requests within 30 days; where the law permits an extension, we explain the reason and notify you before extending by no more than an additional 30 days.
You may also submit a personal-data complaint to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) through its Data Governance Platform. Contacting us first does not remove your right to complain.

Cookies and similar technology
We do not include optional analytics or advertising trackers in the website. Our site code does not save your form answers in browser storage or cookies.
Cloudflare Turnstile runs a security check for the form. It processes browser and connection signals to detect bots. Cloudflare’s security technologies have their own technical processing described in the linked Turnstile notice. This security processing is separate from advertising or optional analytics.

We may update this notice when our practices change. The version and effective date will be shown here, and we will provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
